Our coffee beans are nourished with organic fertilizers and dried in large solar barns. Sister Mary Kennedy, SSND, earned the trust of independent Honduran growers to form a cooperative and establish the means and resources to provide greater access to their crops.

Our coffee has won Opalaca-region tasting awards since 2016, competing with its Central and South American counterparts. You can find our coffee year-round by stopping by our store at 902 E. 2nd St., Suite 107, Winona, MN in the Historic Knitting Mills Building.

Tuesday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
And the first Saturday of the Month: 9:00am-1:00pm
